2026 Dagwood Dog Eating Competition

Think you’ve got what it takes? Our Australia Day Dagwood Dog Eating Competition is back and ready to separate the legends from the lightweights.

Join us at Bribie Island Bowls Club on January 26th as competitors face off in a fast-paced, full-throttle eating showdown. With $1,500 on the line, the stakes are high, the Dagwood Dogs are stacked, and the crowd will be roaring. Whether you’re competing or cheering from the sidelines, it’s guaranteed laughs, cheers, and a whole lot of sauce.

You must be 18 years of age or older to enter this contest. This application must be completed in order to participate. A fully refundable $20 fee is required to secure your entry. This fee is to be paid at our Reception. This deposit will be returned to the contestant on arrival at the venue on the day of competition.
